"Property is fairly new and in good condition. Very clean room and bathroom. Bed comfortable. No frills but had most of what we needed for a one night stay. Hair dryers are obtainable from front desk and not in the room. Would stay again when in Harrisonburg. Good value for dog friendly hotel."

"Decent location and easy to find off the highway. Check in was easy. The room was just ok. Plenty of space, but there were some issues. The tv in the sitting area had no signal. When we asked the front desk, they were dismissive and gave me advice that only temporarily fixed the issue. I thought I was going to have to sleep in the bathroom because the handle didn't open. After finagling it, we were able to figure out how to make it work. The beds were comfortable, but if you're visiting in...

"The staff seemed to genuinely care which made all the difference to me. Don't be mean to them. The property is older and does show it's age. The continental breakfast was decent with you staples like cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, juice and coffee. That said, the room was not the cleanest, we did have to request fresh bedding which was promptly provided. But the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We asked to be somewhere quiet and staff was happy to accommodate....

"Our room was lovely ... impressed with the cleanliness of everything. We were on the 3rd floor but the elevator would only go down to the 2nd floor so we had to walk down to the lobby. My husband is 83 and I'm 76 ... those stairs were tough for us."
