They said we could stay at the hotel across the street but they didn’t have the amenities we wanted. No manager to talk to. One person said we could come over to original hotel we booked to use the pool, but when we did we were told the other hotel had to notify them first. Nobody answered the front desk phone when I tried to call three times....

"I didn’t like anything about the property. The room was outdated, the bathroom had roaches in it the bed had bed bugs that left marks on my body. The furniture was broken, phone did not work. Neighbors complained about frogs and pincha bugs in their rooms. The tv channels were 90% in Spanish. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring. There was a wasp problem. The door was very unsafe as if someone tried to break in multiple times."

"The Elm Inn is aesthetically beautiful. The grounds are lovely, and the rooms are also visually appealing. However, our overall stay was not very pleasant. The bed was very uncomfortable in our room. The top of the bed seemed to sag, which made the attempt to sleep very difficult. When we arrived, the toilet paper roll in our room was nearly empty. We ran out of toilet paper and had to order some because there was no staff on the property after 9:00pm; unacceptable. The breakfast was HORRIBLE,...

"Staff was nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable (pillows could use a good fluff or an upgrade).
