"My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!"

"Just Room 8 and the bathroom down the stairs, not in the room"

"Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there."

"You need sharp eyesight to see the hotel as it's right on the roundabout. It was perfectly placed for where we needed to be the next day. Parking was not a problem. The room was an odd shape and in need of new carpet. The doors are fire doors and they really did Bang shut every time someone came in our out of the coach house. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

They take beautiful care of the property. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view right out my doors and a little patio. "Stayed one night as going to a wedding locally the next day. On arrival realised that my Mum’s room was a long walk away, she has some mobility issues. Room was changed straight away to something much closer to everything. Staff at reception, in bar, restaurant & at breakfast all friendly & helpful. Evening meal & breakfast great & good value. "Booked the budget single room but it was spotlessly clean and everything worked well from the TV to the bath (no shower just a hand held shower for hair). Friendly team and the Sunday roast dinner plus breakfast were nicely cooked. Decent car park and beer too. Thank you"
