"The room was fine, but we are seniors and could have helped having a first floor rooms. Plus we didn’t get any help to take our luggage to the second floor, no elevators in the hotel. It was the worst experience. Breakfast was okay. Will not book again."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. My biggest rave, though, is Natalie. Natalie was working the front desk and I can't praise her highly enough! She was attentive, helpful, friendly, and just the sweetest young lady that I've had the pleasure of checking in with and talking to, and I've stayed at many hotels. If there was a guaranteed Natalie at every hotel that I booked, I would pay extra to stay there. She is just wonderful!"
