"This was the first time in 8 years, I've ever experienced this at the Hampton.. #1--Bathroom toilet kept getting stopped up. #2--The room had moist on the floor by the a/c unit. #3--The ceiling inside the room was puffed from moisture #4--Tournament going on, kids running thru the hallways 2-4 am in the morning. #5--I think pet friendly hotels, shd have all pets on one floor, I watched as people were passing, dogs were growling at them. This time at the hotel, it was truly a horrible experience...

"Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience"

"The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...
