"For the most part, we had a good stay. Great location, great kitchenette, & separate bedroom was wonderful. But we had an issue with our TV not working, & it took 2 days to get it fixed. Also, the pool water was chilly, heavy on chemicals, & the pool towels are the size of a dish towel. We might say here again, but not sure."

"Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good."

"I did not stay due to smell and poor condition. I originally planned on staying for four nights and was charged upfront for four nights. Although I stayed no nights I was charged for all four nights. It feels like robbery. I had to find another hotel and it was so nice and worth it to leave this place."

I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. I cannot think of anything they might have done to improve it. Whoever trained the staff did an excellent job because they were not only friendly, but competent and professional."
