"I was so pleasantly surprised and especially considering the price! Everything from the moment we walked in to check out time was perfect. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Clean and comfortable rooms. The workout area had just enough variety in the well maintained equipment. But overall, kudos to the breakfast staff - those were some of the best hotel eggs I've ever had (the rest of the items were good, too, but those eggs were chef's kiss)! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back."

"Front desk staff (including security and valet) were outstanding. Cleaning staff seemed not as friendly during the free times I saw them. No saying hello, or evening returning the greeting, on the phone, or just not as customer-aware as the front desk staff. Also appreciated that air and heat worked in the room. Only negative regarding the room is the lack of ice dispensers. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely consider this one of my first choices in the future. Great job to the front desk/security/valet staff - I appreciate you all. Finally -- no one was at the front desk when I checked out (approx 02:45) - so I had to leave my keycard on top of the laptop at the front desk. Just a FYI."

"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability."
