"Clean room . Old fashioned Motel . Nobody’s in the bar and food stopped at 9pm . Got there late on Friday after work so had no dinner. Looked good free parking . Got to the room banging average . Glad I only stayed one night at £60 Bea cause it is not worth any more . On a motorway away out the road of Lincoln town centre . 5 miles away. Limited dining once restaurant had shut . Functional for a nights sleep. "

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few disappointing aspects that took the shine off what should have been a straightforward overnight stay. Before booking, we asked about checking in early because we were attending a wedding and our coach was leaving at 11am. The hotel was completely inflexible and stuck rigidly to its 3pm check-in policy. "Room a little tired, bathroom had a number of things needing repair, eg. Toilet roll holder, drainage for bath. Room was also a little hot and AC not very effective… outside temp was 23 degrees or so… so when heatwave hits it will be overly warm in room to get a good night’s sleep. Staff very friendly, and hotel atmosphere was good. Didn’t try food - dinner or breakfast, nor tried gym, so cannot comment on those. Only two working ionity chargers due to people having stolen cables… not fault of...

"Lift out of order. Pool spa out of order. Room and bathroom very tired. Room layout was like something was missing. Bed uncomfortable. Only upside was free water and 2 packets of biscuits."
