"BEWARE! They will turn off the hot water mid shower without warning! If you need new and clean towels you have to take the dirty towels in a basket to the front lobby before they exchange them for cleans ones. The staff if super rude and unprofessional. Lastly, the sheets on the bed were dirty and the room smelled terribly. Do not recommend. Please resort as a last option."

"The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the free complimentary smores by the fire pit. They also have passes to grant beach access across the street. I would definitely come back again."

"This property is newly remodeled, clean and very safe feeling. The location was ideal for the activities we wanted to enjoy. The font desk lady wasn’t very friendly and gave us incorrect information about how the beach pass worked and even where the beach was."

"The dirtiest carpet I have ever been on. Years of dirt and God knows what else have never been cleaned from the rooms carpet. Every shower resulted in black gunk being washed off the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The door to the room jbed so we had to throw a shoulder into it just to open the door. The reins concept is cute and well thought out, but maintenance and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority."

"Not a bad place to stay. Worth the price. Desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms and outdoor spaces were a little "tired" but clean. The TV didn't work - turned out that you had to hit the "VHS" button on the remote to connect it. Didn't think of that; a small note by the TV would've been nice."
