"Fire alarm ran off at 2am. Fire in one of the hotel rooms. We had to run down the stairs. Several fire trucks on site. We waited for over an hour outside the hotel. Some guests had to change rooms. No staff explained to guests what happened. "

"The breakfast was fantastic and the all day coffee was a welcome treat. The staff was helpful and bed was super comfy. The blackout curtains did the job and it was just so nice and inviting. "RIP OFF! Charged $40 to park by an extremely rude front desk woman who offered no welcome or water after our long drive. Then our room was in the basement next to an alley! The alley was so loud from traffic and the “patio” door had no security to stop people from walking up to a window 5’ from your bed. The basement was also cold and the heater only blows cold stale air that’s louder than the traffic, so you have to choose. Unfortunately we got almost no sleep. I went up for the breakfast I...

"I arrived at LAX early evening expecting to find a shuttle to the hotel. Following a number of messages inquiring about the shuttle service, I finally received a response which said to contact the hotel when I was ready to be picked up and they would send a shuttle.
