"The refrigerator in my unit was old and very loud. I had to unplug it to go to sleep. The toilet was loose and rocked from side to side. I asked for a senior discount but was not aware I would get an ADA room. The mattress was very soft and very low to the ground. I also thought my booking included the continental breakfast - apparently id didn't and they wanted $15.95 for a continental breakfast! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House!! Be sure to pay the overnight parking fee vs the daily parking fee. The rooms were clean and nice!! A really nice treat are the Elephant pictures in the lobby! This is a great place to stay for sure!!"

"Beautiful room suite view of LAX Airport, seeing planes take off and land, the best part the rooms are soundproof so you barely hear the planes. The property and staff were wonderful, I highly recommend staying at this property."
