"New hotel with an excellent inclusive breakfast menu. Very cheap, situated in Windermere, one of the newest neighbourhood in the city. Everything is brande new, and very clean, very important to a clean freak loke myself. Breakfast is made fresh everyday and a baried menu. An amazing stay at Holiday Inn Windermere."

"I would have given this an excellent but the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:30 am and I was on a zoom call. When I didn't answer she jusy walked in. I mentioned it to the front desk staff upon checkout just to let them know. I worked in hospitality for many years, so I realized that there may have been a miscommunication about checkouts.So it wasn't a big deal. "I read the reviews and was worried it would be an absolute dump. The hotel itself is crumbling, dusty, moldy, with a few unsavoury guests. The staff were nice but I saw some interactions that were rude. The room was okay. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Just don’t look at the furniture or the walls as they were falling apart. It’s overall worth it for the cheap cost, I would stay there again if I was looking for a budget place to stay"

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."
