I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....

"They forgot to replace an empty body wash, no conditioner and no plastic lining for the ice bucket. They took my pajama which is understandable because it was hidden under the bath towel but they should check one towel at a time. Overall it was a good place to stay and the staff was nice."

I booked a total of five rooms, all on the first floor, and every single room had water leaking from the ceiling, apparently coming from the second floor. It was unacceptable that this issue affected every room we reserved. To make matters worse, I specifically booked non-smoking rooms, but all of them smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so noticeable that it made the rooms uncomfortable to stay in. For a reservation of this size, I...
