"The property is in bas shape. It needs a lot of TLC. Our room smelled like someone had smoke and the walls and bathroom were dirty. There was trash behind the room fridge. All around it looks old and run down. We stayed for a touristic visit and we ended up very disappointed. I think i’s over priced and on top they require a 100 dlrs deposit. 😟"

"Reserved a king room and requested a room not facing the interstate. This property cannot offer that - all king rooms face the noisy interstate. The king rooms away from the interstate are all king suites - for an upcharge, of course! Being an IHG member at a property that was obviously less than 25% booked (about 15 cars in the lot), a complementary upgrade would have been a nice customer relations move. But no, it was "I'll need your credit card again." And not even a friendly...

"I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above."

"Nice hotel, what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Nothing special but always clean always well maintained, with a nice bed and great pillows! Nice hot breakfast every morning with eggs and meat, self serve pancakes, cereal, and fruit."

"My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them!"
