"This property is old and run down. The back entry door is broke and wont even close allowing anyone to enter into the hotel. I There wasnt anyone at the reception area. I rang the bell 10 min. Then i called 3x the ring speaker was loud but still no clerk. Finall sfter another 5 minutes a woman came from the otherside of yhe hotel. The ice machine was also broken. There are no elevators so if you are on the second floor you have to lug your luggae upstairs. The rugs in the room are dirty and need...

"Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. "We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet.
