"Great location and clean. Rooms are small, but lobby lounge is a great place to hang as it has a bar and live music. A wash cloth and body lotion would have been nice additions. Gym is small but functional (except for the peloton which wasn’t connected to the internet)."

"Housekeeping staff was great and did a good job everyday but the person we first met on arriving was rude. We understand rooms may not be available for early check in but the same can be conveyed in a kind manner. We reached early so they gave us access to a common guest washroom which was terribly dirty and started the trip on a bad note. "

"The shower on had 1/2 of a shower door, and we did not have enough towels to soak up the water on the floor, but they did send us plenty more towels right away for the next 4 nights, and the elevators were absolutely the slowest I have ever seen in my life , it even came to the point that my wife and went up to 3 rd floor by escalators the walk the stairs to the 7 th Floor to catch one of the elevators that would stop there and only go up. I will say that all the employees there are absolutely excellent, helpful and courteous, everyone there were extremely helpfull ."

"Very clean room! They give cans of water when they clean your room which was a rice perk. Toiletries smelled very nice as well. "

"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."

"The property was extremely clean, friendly staff and amazing bedding! I’m always concerned about quality and it was such a surprise see how warm and clean this hotel was, so much so that I’m making it a point to look for more Hyatt properties to stay in! Location is fantastic too! Right off of the square and a few blocks from Broadway if you’re catching a show!"
