"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

Checking was 45 mins long in the afternoon, as the online checking via form took a l long time, requiring everyone's details in my party! Why was that needed?
