We enjoyed our stay. My one suggestion would be to consider other fitted sheets used on the beds (we had a king with mattress topper); they could use some suspenders or elastic all the way around the bottom to stay "tucked in".

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square
Staff was super friendly and When I told them we were traveling with 4 kids and were planning to use the pool they put us right next door to it. The room was very clean (and I'm a clean freak) will definitely be coming back.
