"The front desk staff was welcoming. I stayed on the 2nd floor. There is no trash can out near the elevator. The outside trash cans were almost always full. Cigarette butts through out the property even though there's a place to put them. The dog area trash can was never emptied. It was overflowing. ..."

"Air conditioning did not work for 2 days on 90+ degree days. Beds are not comfortable and mattresses are old. The jacuzzi makes bubbles in 2 corners but the jets don’t work. Breakfast was horrible both days, eggs were rubbery, “sausage” was cut up hotdogs. Staff was nice and as helpful as they could ..."
