We enjoyed our stay. My one suggestion would be to consider other fitted sheets used on the beds (we had a king with mattress topper); they could use some suspenders or elastic all the way around the bottom to stay "tucked in".

Old, run down, disgusting carpet, staff including room service is terrible, elevator is scary, no hot water, we paid for breakfast but closed before the time they’re supposed to serve breakfast.

Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square
We’ve stayed a few times for sports now. The pool was jam packed-no towels and strictly closed at 10pm. The lady will come in and yell if your a minute past. Great breakfast! Great location!
