"exelent location, rooms, staff and beautiful hotel"

"Staff was very nice and I was able to check in early. My room was clean and a/c worked great, but I was ground floor with no windows (if you want a view, avoid room 100). I waited nearly 25 minutes in the morning and still couldn t get my breakfast (breakfast is prepared on demand from a menu, no buffet). So I had to leave without eating as I was late. Hotel is really central. Perfect to explore the old tiwn with plenty of good restaurants around."

"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. They remained that helpful during our entire stay. The property and rooms are beautiful. The restaurant and bar are amazing and every staff member was friendly and helpful.
