Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

We received a free massage upon arrival and the quality of services was superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the location is perfect to explore Cartagena. Highly recommend!!!"
