"Very clean and modern rooms. Beds were very comfortable."

"Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful."

"We had a good one night stay at this no frills Hotel! It has everything you need for her comfortable night. The bed was very comfy and the rooms are modern. The only thing it lacked was a coffee maker. There is coffee available in the lobby, but I like to have a cup in the room before breakfast. That said, it was a good overnight stay. The best surprise was the incredible offerings for breakfast! Very fresh and delicious. Our encounters with the staff were wonderful also. Everyone was very...

"Very nice pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was great (fresh omelets) and enjoyed the happy hour drinks. Superb location and easy walking to downtown area."

"Breakfast and bar seemed small for the size of the hotel and no room service available. Had to go offsite to"

"This is a beautiful old home. I found out it was built in the 1800's and was moved to the location it sits on now. The staff was very helpful and even though there was a slight mix up when I got there it was quickly resolved. The shower in the room I stayed in was very small. The bed was very soft. It did not occur to me to ask if they had a room with a firm bed. There were a lot of pillows on the bed which reminded me of my home bed. I did not understand the wide gap at the base of the...

"I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Several aspects, however, led me to give it less than my highest rating. I hope management takes these suggestions to heart. First, upon arrival, there are no clear signs to either parking or reception. It is a bit of a puzzle. Second, the front portion of the room I occupied (#23) was poorly lit. Third, there is no coffee in the room, no coffee service in the reception area, and one must wait till 7am for the barista to arrive. Other than these...

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"

"Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."

"I’m so glad I discovered Dreamers! I loved the quirky furnishings and the location so close to Wilmington’s river walk. Sherry was a fantastic host- very friendly and helpful. But I loved the vegan breakfast most of all. I will be back!"

"My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...
