"The staff were so helpful & kind would def stay again"

"Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y nuevo, descansamos excelente además afuera pasa un bus que llega directo al centro de la ciudad, y al rededor del hotel está muy bonito con mucha naturaleza"

"Room was very clean, bed was great. Meal downstairs was excellent. We happened to be there on a Sunday and had the Sunday Roast, delicious."

"The property itself was okay, served the purpose of a room to sleep in, but definitely could benefit from a deep clean and some minor upgrades. It’s quiet, which is very nice. There is a bus stop right outside the building, which is convenient, but it’s about 30 minutes to get downtown. The restaurant downstairs is great and the staff is all friendly and nice."

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, except for a very disturbing incident that happened shortly before checkout, at around 10 a.m. The cleaner came to my room twice. The first time, he opened the door and walked in. I immediately told him to leave. A little while later, he came into my room again. I told him three times not to enter, but he ignored me and insisted on coming in anyway. After seeing me naked, he left the door open and did not leave the room. "We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights toward the end of our trip to Scotland. The hotel is housed in an older building, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Overall, we found our room comfortable, although with the colder weather, it was somewhat difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. One important consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, depending on your room's location. "Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"We stayed here for our 3 days in Edinburgh. We walked to most main attractions from this location. It was a bit out of the central area so it was nice and quiet but a further walk each day in order to get most places, but definitely do able. Rooms were very large, restaurant was excellent."

"I had a single room and it was perfect for travelling solo. Very comfortable bed, quiet area, lovely housekeeping staff. Definitely would stay there again."

"It's Ok"

"The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel yang aman dan nyaman, walaupun agak sedikit jauh dari pusat keramaian terapi masih dapat ditempuh dengan jalan kaki atau bus. Hotel juga support untuk orang tua. Overall memuaskan"
