"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"Petite chambre typique italienne. Personnel très sympathiques. Déjeuner avec assez de choix. Aucun ascenseur donc vous devez monter votre valise vous-même. La douche etait propre mais la vitre qui la sépare du carrelage etait trop petite et le jet de la douche trop loin dans la douche donc impossible de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout en prenant sa douche."

"Wow what a beautiful property- great location. Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright. "This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel."

"Great location and nice to only have to go up one flight of stairs. Super clean. Two bedrooms and extra bed/couch was made up and ready to go upon our arrival. Fridge and sink was helpful. "This was a great place! Brand new and sparkling clean. It was a little bit further from where everything is, so there was a lot of walking involved - which we truly did not mind. Staff was very helpful and nice with suggestions and such. There is a washer in the apartment, which was convenient. They also have an electric drying rack.
