"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"Yes for clean room, staff very efficient with check in, mix up with our meal, our order was miss placed, checked with waiter, having waited 40 minutes, then another 20 odd minutes for our meal,for two!!"
