"After booking, pool stopped working and we were unable to use during our stay. Staff did notify prior to arrival, but no discount or refund was given, just a suggestion that the restaurant next door had a pool for customers. Staff answered requests promptly. Noise was minimal, close location to restaurants and grocery. Linens were clean."

"The location was okay, but not any place we'd revisit. There's a pool in the main lobby area and another that is where the rooms are. That one doesn't have pool service and this is the first resort that we've been to that doesn't have towels available at the pool. Unknowingly to us, there were towels in the cabinet but we never opened that. They have a coffee/snack bar that I was told closed at 11. I was really looking forward to an iced coffee and just thought it was strange that the hours...

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"Very quiet place to relax, swim, take the boat out and fish. Grills, bikes and kayaks free to use. If bringing a boat call before booking to ensure you have a dock spot!"

"This is a very friendly and queen Hotel, the front desk with Li, is excellent and we appreciate his diligence, also housekeeping they keep that very clean and very attentive. Ramon in the dining area keeps everything immaculate and it’s very nice, Shelby does a fine job on checkout overall it’s a very nice day."

"Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself."
