"We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again."

"The Kingsail Resort is in a convenient location. Most places were within 2 miles. I got to resort early and my room wasn’t ready yet, so I hung out by the pool which was very nice & clean. The staff were very nice. I liked that every room came with a designated parking spot. My room was ok. The AC was loud - good thing I don’t need AC so I turned it off. "The hotel didn’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The place is an old renovated motel. It’s over priced and it was a complete false advertisement. The breakfast was gross. The grounds needs updating as well as the entire place. It was in a great location. We made the best of our stay but would never go back or recommend it. "

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

"Poolside was nice and you can get food there. There are 2 pools. There is no beach. Many of the staff are foreign born but their English is good enough that they are able to assist you."

"Was a very clean resort. Make sure you make a reservation if you would like to eat at the rhum house. On property market is a gem. Live music on the palm deck was great."
