"I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this...

"We were in one of the rooms in a converted building at the back of the pub. And it was lovely. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, lovely shower room. It was delightful.
Staff were really helpful, and breakfast was fabulous. We will certainly return."

"Check in was a very pleasant experience. We took advantage of the luggage check and on return to the hotel for check in our bags had been delivered to our room. We were even showed to our room, a nice touch. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. A million dollar view from our room across a quiet street. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely, helpful people! The beds were so comfortable with amazing soft sheets. Breakfast was very hearty that one didnt ned lunch. It is above a pub but you couldnt hear the noise below. Karaoke night was so much fun. Very close to everything without being in the center. 10min walk to the train station. 2 min to york minister, the wall and hop on hop off buses. Highly recommend!"

"I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center.
