"Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being."

"Hotel is in a good location ( near train station ) + local buses for travel all around the west midlands and beyond.
Hotel is clean and quiet. You really do not interact with staff as they are only there ( if needed) upon check in."
