"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was pretty much as we expected and we had everything we needed. Views over the city are good in the day and great at night.
Was very hot one night as no breeze but we just about coped with use of fan provided. Getting luggage from the underground car park to the apartment and back is a bit of a chore. We could not get the TV in the bedroom to work, I suspect the remote needs pairing. The filter in the bathroom extractor is almost completely clogged so...

"this hotel is not good at all the worst night of my life we book the hotel to relax i did not sleep all night bcoz people was making soo much noise room next to us and they did not stop till 5 am i did not sleep at all and staff was not helpful at all when i complained they did nothing at all don’t stay there"

"Lovely hotel in a great part of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby and a few decent coffee shops.
Everything was clean and the restoration shows the heritage but not the age of the hotel. Lovely, airy rooms and beautiful - very clean - bathrooms. Well designed and nicely furnished. Really appreciated the double sinks in our bathroom!
Only downside for me is- the bed was a tad too firm for my liking."
