"There was black mold in the ac vents . Which was brought to the attention of the front deck’s attendant. Also the fire alarm went off at 5 am telling 7s to exit out at the nearest steps, elevators weren’t working We witnessed an elderly woman on the 15th floor where we were not knowing what to do, no employees around. "Upon check in the attendant had me swipe my card once and then a second time. claimed the system was not working and proceeded to tell me to swipe my card again. I’m back home and sure enough there are two transactions pending."

"The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

"I just went inside the room and I just left the room. I had a bad allergy of asthma stink. The room smells like cigarette and it was not even clean the room how I’m supposed to sleep in that room. And they don’t wanna ever return my money back. I didn’t even stay there."

"Check in took 45 minutes, the area coming in from the parking garage was disgusting and the elevator situation is ridiculous. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes just to get an elevator"

"The villa was great. The maintenance of the grounds and hallways needs improvement. I would stay here again."
