"Everything was nice"

"The breakfast hot items were empty at 8am. Staff had to be asked to refill, which was done in a friendly manner, but only minimally. Coffee was also empty in the breakfast room though there was coffee in the lobby. "

"I chose the property because I needed a cheap place to stay before my flight. This wasn’t worth half the rate. Basic cleanliness and safety amenities are lacking. The shower curtains and refrigerator had visible mildew. The bedspreads have cigarette burn marks. Door latch had been wrenched from its bracket and was hanging loosely from its hinges. Trash had been left in the closet. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I am not a picky traveler - I regularly stay in budget...

"Breakfast is plentiful and adequate, if basic. Room had all the amenities I could ask for, was clean and quiet. Staff were very nice. Good place to stay when passing through Fargo/ Moorhead."

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"We stayed at several hotels on our trip and this was by far the best. It was clean, well-maintained and beautiful inside. When they didn't have the room we had reserved they updated us to a nice suite. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. It had a nice variety of foods - everyone could find something they liked there. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room itself was clean. The problem is the lobby and hallways smell so bad of smoke mixed with something else gross. My TV volume worked but it wouldn't go quieter than 14. I'm not sure why but like clockwork, 11:30pm every night I was here the vacuum cleaner was on and I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Guests here are fairly noisy during late hours in the night (Like 2am). The towels may have been clean but they are stained and just look really gross. The windows are cheap so if...

"Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine"
