"The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty when I arrived, with dust and stains that made it feel poorly maintained. What was even worse was that the bed linens were never changed during my stay. The lack of cleanliness and attention to basic housekeeping standards was unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of hygiene and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning."

"The room was clean the bed was great. My room did not have one washcloth in it or tissues. I only stayed one night so I didn't complain, I used a hand towel for a washcloth. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay."

"The place is broken down and unsafe: The entry to the rooms is broken so anyone can enter and my first floor window didn't securely lock and no stock so could have easily been entered. The room doors are in shambles. It was so sketchy i left before 3am in the dark and there were dudes sitting outside listening to music getting high."

"Cons: To start with, when entering the building - it smelled like a cat litter box. We knew it was pet friendly, but this was over the top. My wife is allergic to cats (pet dander), so she was highly medicated throughout the weekend. 1 of the exits (fire doors) was locked and labeled as Non Working. "Just like the siren environment"

"Overall it was a great place. The ONLY THING that was disappointing is the hair dryers in the rooms. I have literally never seen such a small dryer with no power. It was smaller then my hand and there’s no way it would’ve dried my hair in less than 3 hours. It literally was like a kids toy hair dryer. I’m glad I looked at it before I washed my hair. But the nice lady at the front desk found a different/decent dryer and offered it to me but I didn’t have time at that point to wash and dry. I’ll...

"You should just be aware that the room does not have blackout shades so if you need blackout shades, you should bring something for Eye covering! They do provide earplugs which you might very well feel like you need. Overall, it’s a very cool property with lots of interesting shops on the first floor and plenty of places to pick up your favorite drinks! 😜"

"The gentleman who checked us in was SO helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the pool area was clean. The big pool was pretty cold but still fun once you got in and used to the water temp. the breakfast was running low by the time we got there in the morning but it was still delicious. Ill definitely recommend this place and stay again."
