"Very nice hotel and staff."

"Wir hatten ein Appartement in einem Nebengebäude. Das war im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück und Abendessen (je einmal) waren gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Spektakulär ist die Lage mit Blick auf Tintagel Castle. Der Ort Tintagel sowie das Castle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst steht offensichtlich auf dem Besichtigungsprogramm von Tagestouristen, die sich besonders für den Ausblick und die Inneneinrichtung interessieren...

"I really enjoyed staying in this peaceful cottage, this is the second time I have stayed here. I slept very well in the comfy four poster bed and it's lovely not being troubled by light pollution. The coastal path is very close, and also a beautiful walk through the wooded valley to the waterfall. I had the option of using the log burner but found the cottage was cosy enough. There is lots to see and do in the area, but I chose to walk from the cottage every day, sketchbook in hand. I hope...

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. We had a coffee maker and yummy biscuits in our room. We also had dry robes in the wardrobe to use at the beach over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner. "We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 11) staying in a room set up as a family room - double bed and the kids sharing a sofa bed. The room was snug but really good. Each room is 3 old cells knocked into 1, with the bathroom taking up 1/3 or of the room. The bathroom was really good and enormous. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. "Room was good and very clean had a issue with the window that wouldn't close correctly so had some road noise. Staff were bringing and couldn't do enough for you and made you feel very welcome food was brilliant and well cooked "
