"No elevator and narrow staircase. Place is technically clean, but the paint is peeling literally everywhere which creates a dirty atmosphere. Lack of staff means that if fellow guests get loud or belligerent, there is no way to enforce peace. Bathroom was functional. Air conditioner was loud and ..."
