"Location was really convenient, the room wasnt all that. Through expedia you get a voucher of $45 for free food delivered to your room and we werent told about it until we checked out and tried to charge us $70 even though we didnt even use the service. And even if we did it doesn't make sense to get a voucher and still have to pay a 70$ fee. It was confusing and I still dont get it.
The room cleaners were super kind!"

"The bed linens are old, threadbare and snagged. The bathroom was so small you had to squish against the wall and toilet to close the door. The elevators were very slow, it seemed only one worked at a time. The breakfast gal in Hue needs a job that is not customer-service focused. It is clear she hates her job."

"Very comfortable and clean room. My partner is gluten-free and breakfast options were limited.
There was a problem with the front door code which the staff had emailed me via Expedia but did not arrive. The hotel staff helpfully resolved over the telephone when I called them after reception had closed."
