"First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking.
The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom.
No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area."

"The breakfast was wonderful, as was the staff running the breakfast! The coffee machines, giving each a person a fresh cup, one cup at a time was slow, and caused backups. I’d rather have a coffee decanter. The rooms were nice, and I love having unending supply of soaps and lotion. The he bed was too soft for my husband, but I slept fine!"

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"The staff was incredibly helpful! The food from the restaurant was delicious and our room was clean and quiet, all amenities worked.
