"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"I absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time to Boston and we went to the TD Garden literally right next-door. Everything down to the check-in and the amenities were great.
My only complaint is that you have to turn on your lights with a remote control and that was a little tricky at times because we sometimes just wanted the bathroom light on, but it would turn everything else on. "The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things."

"It was a nice, clean room. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the unlimited access to tea and coffee, and the pool was clean. The only minor downside was that we were assigned a corner room situated closer to the street intersection; starting at 7:00 AM, emergency vehicles with sirens were constantly passing by. However, earplugs were provided in the room—a thoughtful touch that showed excellent care for the guests. Thank you!"
