"breakfast was ok. not many selections-friendly staff"

"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( "

"The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! "

"Even though the surroundings and the appearance of the facility were at first maybe a little less than welcoming, once we stepped inside, our experience was all around a good one. The desk attendant was quick and courteous, ,even at the late hour we’d arrived. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was including the soft sheets. "Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."
