"The parking pass was included in my chosen Expedia option but would have been $15 a night otherwise. There is a large underground parking level protected from weather and felt secure."

"The hotel is quite dated and needs to be improved, the room was lacking ambience, the walls are bare with only one big picture of a tree stump over the bed and no other artwork and the room and halls are dark and need more lighting. The bathroom has an old feeling, there is mold on some of the tile grout particularly along the base of the tub, the bathroom walls are also bare with one knob to hang a wet towel and nowhere to hang a hand towel. The closet is dark and difficult to see the...

"I wasn't impressed with this property, I found the room and beds to be not very clean, there was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I asked to get the conditioner bottle in shower filled and it never happened 3 nights out of 4, after coming home late from the hospital the keys wouldn't work. The AC was damaged, it worked but it didn't look very nice."

"I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town."

"Great place to stay for solo travelers who are busy and need a place to sleep and shower. but if you’re looking for a great experience, this wouldn’t be the place. they have a lot of care for their customers but it’s more for solo travelers and business over a big family vacation taking a vacation. but overall, staff is amazing and very helpful. they help you with anything you need and that’s the best part."
