The condition was shocking—missing carpet, exposed areas without proper drywall, a terrible parking lot, and overall cleanliness issues throughout. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a major letdown and not clearly communicated beforehand. The environment was loud, dirty, and extremely unwelcoming. Staff were not friendly, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. Guests deserve an honest warning before booking, as this hotel did not match reasonable expectations in any way. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"This motel is definitely an older motel but it has great character. Check in was very easy. Beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. It was homey. We parked right outside our door with easy access to come and go. Our view was the lake so it was great to see right away in the morning."
