"Unfortunately my stay here was not comfortable for my family. The linens needed to be replaced due to it being soiled and when I notified the front desk I was told I had to retrieve the clean items from the front desk. No remorse regarding the circumstances, the showers we not clean, the door to my bedroom suite had a large crack across the door. I would not stay here with my family again. "Room was comfortable with basic wi-fi and media streaming, but daily at 5pm I had to re-authenticate to everything which was annoying. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. "Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."
