They moved us to another hotel 15 min away, without notifying us or contacting us prior. Should it not be our choice? I personally don’t care about a/c as it wasn’t overly hot. "I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something. "
