"Booked a room that was advertising AC! Was told the room didnt have AC and a fan will be provided. There was a heatwave in the UK and a fan would not have been useful. False advertising. Double check before booking."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. "The room was lovely and clean. The air con in the room was very much appreciated given the fact it was so hot when we visited! Staff were so lovely and friendly. The grounds and lovely and safe, so our kids could wander around and feel a bit more independent even though we could still see them. Lovely, quiet pool, and the kids loved the peacocks!"

"As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"
