Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. "Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late."

Lovely Bindi greeted us on arrival with smiles and a bottle of water (could of been cold tho) she was very friendly shown us the shared kitchen area but we didnt need to use. "We didn’t even enter this place. When the taxi stopped outside we realized our error; it was a small private house which someone was renting out. I should have looked at the details more carefully. However my low rating really relates to the difficulty of checking in. They asked us to complete a form which was impossible to do on a phone and troublesome to do on a laptop whilst waiting in the baggage hall at Heathrow. A huge pain. We found a hotel instead."
