"The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the VIP room and had views of planes landing and would have to walk down the corridor to watch planes taking off. There are only 4 VIP rooms so it’s the luck of the draw what you get. The room is perfect, comfortable, clean, close to departures and literally perfect if you’re flying from the south terminal. "The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any., Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening. The steam room, pool and jacuzzi were all a good temperature (I hate a cold pool and jacuzzi, there’s just no point as it’s not enjoyable).
