"The hotel corridor was very dark, the room was dark, couldnt see to put key card in. Lighting in the room was bad. No light over unit where tea and coffee facilities were. Had to use my phone to see some light switches."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"I’ve stayed in at least 10 hotels on this vacation and this was the absolute worst. The staff could care less about your concerns or requests. They require you to use fans because there’s no air-conditioning and open the windows, but then have parties on till three in the morning. I’m always courteous and asking for options and the stuff clearly could care less about anything you want to suggest. No upgrades no help moving bags no response to emails from Expedia. They basically think that...
