"Dianne went out of her way to be helpful at all steps of our stay. Great parking facilities, great shower, comfy bed. Everything needed was provided and well thought through. We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful."

"I would like to thank Alison for such a warm friendly welcome. She is an exceptional host, beautiful clean room, wonderfully tasty breakfast and very comfy beds, very pet friendly. We would recommend to anyone.

"No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road.
Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing.
Overall a very poor experience."
