"The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay"

"Bathroom was not clean and the sink was cracked. It was difficult to get used to paying for meals before eating them! Staff were unable to raise a statement /receipt for payment! Parking was OK."

"Stylish, luxurious, discrete, and an absolute joy to stay in! loved The Dial House."

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see."

"Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back."

We would prefer a king-size but there would be less space around the bed. The mattress was very soft and not supportive. It was awkward, as people with reduced mobility, to sit on the side of the bed...my partner slid off. Also the bedside tables are tiny. "Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...
