"Good: It was very clean & I had a very restful stay. The rate was very affordable, and I felt safe. Bad: There weren’t enough towels in the room, and it felt like an oven when we got to our room. But fortunately the a/c eventually cooled the room to a comfy temp. For the money, it was fine. It served the purpose, but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than 1 night."

"We stayed on 3rd floor the view was terrible just saw the flat roof and AC units we only stayed because my son had to go for surgery at Allen Hospital and i wanted him to have fun incase he didnt make it which he did so far I would of loved to see Waterloo but the view really was rotten"

"Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

"Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay...

"Certain staff members were great and they would make great managers of this hotel. The current managers really need to take responsibility and step down and resign. Andy is aJeyill and Hyde mentality personality! He is intoxicated will on the job, swears a lot and is quick to call the police on people and have them kicked out! Days that he is sober he is decent to deal with. The management is been watched throwing peoples mail away!"
