"Amazing huge room with wonderful views, really comfy bed, clean bright modern bathroom. Extremely lovely stay at The Castle overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the parking is right outside, and breakfast was chilled and relaxed with plenty of eating options. Can't wait to stay again!"

"The room was of a good standard. Where the place was was perfect for me. I never saw the owner, I had a text that I can let myself in and the key was at the bedroom door. Very efficient and communication excellent. Having no breakfast was no problem as you have all facilities in, at least, 2 mins walk away. I will be returning."

We were the only guests for dinner but didn't feel awkward as the staff including the chef were chatting with us. The place was full of character whilst giving attention to comfort. "This was my second time at the Lordleaze hotel & both times were an absolute pleasure. The main road to the hotel is through a housing estate but don't be put of by this, because once you reach the drive to the hotel the grounds are very scenic and the hotel gardens are pretty with plenty of seating space to the rear.
