"Stayed here a few times / room in pavilion v small but v clean. Pavilion a v nice experience / reception and welcome and exit all great. The issue is the bar and restaurant staff who are quite off hand and inefficient- multiple missed orders for many people, no greeting, surly attitude which is a real shame and as I sat working the female worker was openly rude to her colleague about other guests and other staff members - we walked in on our last evening and the female bartender did everything...

"Room was large and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Food was good and they have a good beer selection. Price was very reasonable and it is in an excellent location for accessing Heathrow. The staff were nice. The only negatives were that the room was very hot (there was no fan) and because we had to have the windows open, it was quite noisy with buses and trucks passing by. Despite that I still slept reasonably well… and I didn’t see or here any ghosts!"
